Our 1-to-1 dog training provides personalised training solutions to address specific behaviour issues. Are the training sessions conducted in a group or one-on-one setting?
We offer both group classes and one-on-one sessions to cater to different needs. Group classes provide opportunities for socialization and learning in a controlled environment, while one-on-one sessions allow for personalized attention and focused training.
How long will it take to see results in my dog's behavior?
The timeline for behavior improvement varies depending on the dog and the specific issues being addressed. While some dogs may show progress quickly, others may require more time and patience. Neil will work with you to set realistic expectations and provide ongoing support throughout the training process.
Do you groom dogs that haven't been able to be groomed before, due to behavioural issues?
Yes, Kim specialises in working with harder to groom pets and has received training to assist with this. Kim will always try and offer several session, if needed, to complete the grooming process as calmly as possible.
I can't find a cat groomer, do you groom cats?
Yes, Kim has groomed cats for several years, and is very confident around cats, often being able to complete groom's that their owners have been unable to at home..
Do we take last dogs last minute?
No, we don't take dogs last minute as we have a 4 stage process that needs completing before any dog is able to stay. We want to make sure that your dog\s are happy and relaxed when they are staying with us. The 4 stages are, Pre Meet & Greet Questions, Meet & Greet, 2hr Free Trail and Half Day free Trial.
Do we take unneutered dogs?
No, we are unable to take unneutered adult dogs for boarding or daycare, mainly due to safety, for example unwanted mating, males fighting, females being 'in heat' around males, and males marking our home. We are able to take unneutered puppies up until they are showing signs of adolescents.
