We have a four-stage process to complete before any dates will be confirmed.
1 - Fill in the questions below. These give us a basic indication of the nature of your dog and any necessary things to know and how we can personalise their care, should you become a client of PAWS HIGH PEAK.
2 - If they seem suitable from the basic questions, we can move onto a meet and greet. This takes place at our home, lasts approx, 30 mins and it a very basic introductory meeting so that we can meet you and your dog and vice versa.
3 - If that goes ok, we book in a 2-hour free play trial, in which you would drop them off and we would observe them and watch how they interact and play, without you here with them.
4 - If that goes ok, we book in a free half day trial. Same as above but for a slightly longer period of time, to ensure they can manage a full stay with us.

Q: Can I check in on my dog while they're at day care?
A: While we understand your concern, we encourage uninterrupted playtime to maintain a stress-free environment for all dogs. However, we're happy to provide updates and photos via our social media or messaging platforms.
Q: What should I bring for my dog's day at PAWS High Peak Doggy Day Care?
A: Please bring your dog's lead, collar with identification, any required medications, and a small supply of their preferred food if they're attending during mealtime. You're also welcome to bring a familiar blanket or toy to help them feel comfortable.
